According to the news, a weekend inspection was held in Hawaii to celebrate the end of the National Child Passenger Safety Week.

Reports show that the authority agents who organized the event found that 95% of the seats checked were either not properly installed or not installed at all. The inspections provided training for 10 new child passenger safety technicians. Several found that even officers had been doing things wrong for years.

The course covered seat belt systems, air bags, child seat installation and other issues regarding overall car safety.
