According to a recent article, the U.S. Department of Transportation has released info regarding the number of accidents that lead to fatalities in the country. Statistics show that most children aged between 1 and 12 years old die due to car crashes.

To prevent further fatalities and increase safety, certain agencies have been organizing events to teach parents and guardians just how important it is to correctly and safe install car safety seats in their vehicles. Safety technicians will be teaching how to install car seats and how to fit children correctly in their car seats.

Safe Kids USA and the Nevada Department of Public Safety will hold the car safety seat check event and parents will be able to participate for free.
