Volvo has just launched a new model and, according to the reports, the new Volvo S60 offers a new safety technology called City Safety.

The new system is basically what the new Lexus LS model offers to drivers minus the steep sticker price. According to specialists, the new model designed by Volvo offers drivers the opportunity to avoid accidents by having a system that will apply the brakes if the driver does not stop the vehicle in time before colliding with an obstacle.

The new model comes with Volvo’s standard safety features like anti-lock disc brakes and Dynamic Stability and Traction Control on top of the new feature.
