Technology That Connects Vehicles Is Being Tested In The U.S.

In an effort to create a traffic safety breakthrough, the Department of Transportation is currently working on a pilot test that uses new technology to prevent crashes.

According to recent articles, this new technology connects vehicles through a Wi-Fi-controlled signal, which ultimately allows the cars to alert each other when potentially dangerous conditions arise. Almost 3,000 vehicles are currently testing this technology with the help of the Government, and the test results will determine the effectiveness of this new system.
