During the Labor Day weekend, there were more than 125,000 vehicle accidents reported, this is according to the Consumer Federation of America.

The federal agency has also stated that with the number of accidents that has been reported, there will be anywhere from 75,000 to 100,000 insurance claims filed as a result. A recent survey states that 10 to 26% of all people who file an insurance claim have some sort of problem with the insurance company, during the claim process.
