Childhood Educator Asks Parents To Use Car Safety Seats Properly

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, or NHTSA, has stated that car accidents are unfortunately still the number one killer of toddlers and children from the ages of 1 to 12 in the entire country.

According to the news, since this report has been issued, an early childhood education teacher in Gaston County has decided to speak out to encourage parents and caregivers to use car seats and booster seats for the kids in their vehicles.

Although it is illegal to carry a child improperly restrained in a vehicle in most states, safety advocates remind drivers of just how important it is to ensure their children’s safety by restraining them correctly.
