BMW has recently issued a recall for certain motorcycles over a potential for an accident.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, BMW has decided to issue a recall over 2013 R1200 GS motorcycles after it was noted that there was an issue with the front fork tube in these vehicles. The locking bolt may have been manufactured with insufficient torque.

If that occurs, the front fork tube may become loose, which could lead to a loss of control, increasing the risk of an accident. The affected vehicles will be fully repaired for free.
