BMW has recently issued a recall for several units of vehicles manufactured between 2005 and 2007.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the 7 Series vehicles of 2005 through 2007 years were furnished with a software that may not warn drivers that certain doors are not fully latched, which could cause a passenger to ejected if the door suddenly opens while the vehicle is in use.

To prevent injuries, the company decided to issue this recall at once.

The federal agency is urging recalled car owners to contact the manufacturer as soon as possible to have the software repaired.
