Crash Risk Prompts Jayco Vehicle Recall

Multiple units of Recreational vehicles are being recalled over a possible crash risk, reports show.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has reported that the 2013 Eagle Premier Fifth Wheel RVs manufactured by Jayco were equipped with certain labels that offer the wrong information regarding cargo capacity to the driver. If the driver is unaware of the limit of cargo he or she can load the trailer with, a tire failure could occur, which could ultimately lead to a crash.

To prevent accidents and keep drivers safe from a possible tire failure, the company has decided to issue a recall for all units of these vehicles manufactured between June 14, 2012 and August 10, 2012.
