News sources have been reporting that Chrysler has been affected by yet another equipment problem that has forced the company to issue a recall.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has indicated that the 2013 Dodge Dart vehicles were equipped with powertrain control modules that could experience a failure if exposed to temperatures of 20 degrees Fahrenheit or colder. This failure could result in an engine stall that would eventually result in a crash if the engine stall occurs while the car is on the road.

The NHTSA has reported that the reprogramming of the powertrain control module should be carried out entirely for free.
