Fire Hazard Leads To Subaru Recall

Several news agencies have reported that Subaru has issued a recall along the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in order to ensure that all units of the 2012 Outback and Legacy models have been repaired and no longer pose any fire risks to consumers.

According to the reports, these vehicles were equipped with wiper motor bottom covers that could overheat and increase the risk of a motor fire.

The federal agency has stated that up to this moment, no incidents linked to this recall have been reported.
