Honda Recalls CR-V Vehicles Over Incorrect Labels

Honda has issued a recall for all 2012 units of the CR-V model, reports indicate.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued a recall statement regarding all units of the vehicles with the LX trim level that were manufactured by Honda between August 30 and August 31, 2012. All labels carrying information regarding gross vehicle weight rating, tire size, gross axle weight rating front and rear and rim size may be incorrect, which could lead to an accident since an overloading of the vehicle could render a tire to fail.

Honda reported that if the label is incorrect, the driver could load the vehicle improperly, which could cause issues that could lead to an accident.
