Jaguar, along the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, decided to issue a recall for 2010 through 2012 XF vehicles over a possible fire risk.

According to the news, the engines in these vehicles were equipped with fuel tank flanges that could crack, causing the fuel to escape, which could cause a fire if it occurs near an ignition source.

To prevent a fire or possible injuries, the company has decided to issue this recall at once. They are asking car owners with these recalled vehicles to contact them as soon as possible to schedule a visit to a dealership to have this issue promptly repaired.
