The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has reported that all units of the 2013 S60 and XC60 models are being recalled because of an issue with the vehicle’s identification labels.

The federal agency has stated that these labels may include information that is inaccurate.

This issue could prevent car owners to know if their vehicles have been recalled since the labels may present incorrect information. This issue represents a failure to comply with federal requirements, which has resulted in this recall.

Affected vehicles will be fitted with accurate labels for free.
