GM has issued another recall announcement, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has reported.

The recall was issued after it was noted that the 2013 models of Cadillac XTS have failed to comply with certain federal standards concerning head restraints since the devices may fail to lock in the upright position after the items are folded forward. If the devices are not locked up in the position they are supposed to be, the head restraint failure may increase the risk of a neck injury in the event of an accident.
