The company Porsche has reported that all units of the 2012 and 2013 911 Carrera and Carrera 4 models have recently been recalled over a potential accident risk.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has recently reported that these vehicles may pose a risk to other cars. According to the firm, it was noted that the exhaust system in these vehicles were equipped with tail pipes that could fracture and fall while the vehicle is in use. If this occurs on the road, other vehicles may be hit by the component, increasing the risk of an accident.

For the full recall announcement, the company has reported that all units of rear mufflers will be replaced for free.
