All units of the Dodge Avenger of the 2013 year make have been recalled after the company noticed that these vehicles may have been manufactured with a potentially broken component.

These vehicles may have been assembled with gas tanks that were equipped with broken control valves. These items could increase the risk of a fire or unexpected engine stall, which could result in a fire or an accident. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has reported that all units of these products are being recalled promptly in order to prevent accidents and potential fires.
