Ford has recently issued a recall for all units of the 2013 Fusion vehicles manufactured between April 19 and 23 of 2013.

These vehicles are being recalled due to an issue linked to missing components that are crucial to proper functioning of the vehicle’s steering gears.

According to the agency, the lack of an internal retaining clip could cause components to become dislodged inside of the steering gear assembly, increasing the risk of a loss of steering control, which could then lead to an accident. Affected cars should have the missing component installed for free.
