The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has recently indicated that Chrysler has issued a recall for trucks over a possible issue with the vehicle’s optional premium tail lamps.

The automaker issued the recall since the turning signal may fail to function properly, increasing the risk of an accident. Vehicles affected include all units of Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 trucks that were manufactured between September 9, 2012 and March 5, 2013.

Defective vehicles listed under this recall should be repaired for free at authorized dealers.
