Jaguar Land Rover has issued another recall, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has reported.

According to the official recall statement, the company has issued this recall on all units of 2013 XF vehicles over a possible engine stall risk. The reports indicate that these vehicles were equipped with electronic modules that were equipped with fuel pumps that could shut down unexpectedly, causing the vehicle to stall.

If the system fails and the engine stalls, the driver will suffer a failure in power-assisted braking and steering, which could pose a serious crash risk to drivers.

The federal agency has stated that affected consumers will be promptly notified by the automaker.
